Sierra is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) at Healing Within Psychotherapy. She brings a compassionate, client-centred presence to her work, creating a space where clients feel genuinely heard, understood, and supported.
Sierra's therapeutic approach is collaborative and integrative. She draws from evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS) and mindfulness-based approaches, adapting her practice to meet each client where they are.
Sierra has a particular interest in supporting individuals navigating eating disorders, trauma/PTSD, anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship concerns, and self-worth challenges. She believes that meaningful change happens when clients feel safe enough to explore what's really going on beneath the surface.
Sierra approaches therapy with warmth, curiosity, and a deep respect for each person's unique story. She understands that asking for help takes courage, and she is committed to making that first step — and every step after — feel as manageable as possible.
Sierra is currently accepting new clients and offers a free 15-minute consultation to help you decide if working together feels like the right fit.
