What This Can Help With:
Trauma can affect your thoughts, emotions, nervous system, and relationships. You might feel on edge, disconnected, or stuck in cycles you can’t seem to break. Therapy offers a supportive space to begin processing trauma—including experiences such as childhood abuse, sexual assault, medical trauma, or emotional neglect—and reclaim your sense of self.
What to Expect:
We’ll work together to create a sense of safety, both in the room and within yourself. You won’t be asked to dive into the deepest parts of your story right away. Instead, we’ll build trust, identify what you need to feel grounded, and move at a pace that honours your limits, needs, and strengths.

Our Approach:
Our work is informed by trauma-sensitive approaches, including elements of IFS, EMDR, and somatic awareness. You are in control of your healing journey, and therapy will always centre your comfort, autonomy, and consent.
Please note: Our team has experience working with a variety of traumatic experiences, including complex trauma.
